Working with the entire executive board, the D&I Committee and I spearheaded building a document that general members, account executives and I could continue to build and grow that helps shape our client deliverables. We wanted to ensure that these discussion questions could prompt thinking and conversation among agency strategists and their work.

Paired with VP Programming and VP Development, I worked to ensure that all our of programming and learning materials were inclusive and covered various topics that strategists may not have been exposed to beforehand.
