Executive Calendar Management

Through Northwestern Mutual’s CRM platform, I conducted outreach to clients of four financial advisors and organized upcoming appointments. I kept track of appointment type, appointment frequency, appointment medium, and ensured I was following up with clients at various intervals. This was imperative, so clients could continue meeting with their financial advisor and get the best service possible. I additionally arranged client lunches, team meetings, and more.

Client Support

During the advisors’ meetings with clients, I often kept record of what was discussed and formatted this to return to both the advisor and the client afterward. The system was important to keep note of inside of the CRM system so that the advisor had succinct notes to refer back to during working hours — and before their next meeting. This also allowed for the client to comprehend any questions they may have covered or wanted to ask during their allotted time with the advisor.
