Social Listening | Khoros

On the AMD team, I identified and flagged key conversation pertaining to AMD product, business and industry events. All of this social listening was done via Khoros, which produced social landscape reports on Twitter and Reddit for clients in a timely manner.

I also developed social trend reports across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok to provide additional POV’s on how AMD could activate and engage with new trends across social channels.
